If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items in unused and original condition may be returned for full credit consideration within 14 days from the time of delivery.

If return request is beyond 14 days from the time of delivery, items are no longer eligible for return, but are eligible for exchange within 30 calendar days from the receipt.

After 30 calendar days from receipt, all sales are considered final.

For US orders, once we process your return, we will email you a return shipping label that you can attach to the package to be sent back to us.

For International Orders, customers must provide their own label. Write the provided Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have the Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).

Note: We ask that all items being returned for a refund are in their original state, including tags and pouches.
