How long will it take to receive my order within the U.S.?

  • We make every effort to process orders within 24 hours of when they are received.
  • Once the package is shipped it can take 3-5 business days to be delivered via USPS.
  • To ensure that your order will be delivered on time, without delays, please carefully fill in your "ship to" address before finalizing payment.

  • Keep in mind most products are in demand and may need to be frequently restocked, delaying shipment. Items that are low in stock can take up to 10 days for processing while being restocked.
  • If you have ordered more than one item, one or more in which are being restocked, you may receive one or more packages for timely delivery. This is of no cost to you.
  • If you have ordered a pre order item with one or more item currently in stock, your order will be shipped once pre ordered items are in stock.


How long will it take to receive my international order?

  • We make every effort to process orders within 24 hours of when they are received.
  • Once the package is shipped it can take 8-20 business days to be delivered, depending on your location (this does not include processing time, customs, or mail carrier delays). Unfortunately, we are unable to reduce the delivery time of international shipments due to the process of international shipping carriers.


Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

  • Absolutely! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another email when your order is on its way.


Will I receive a tracking number?

  • Yes, of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email you have provided at checkout as soon as your order ships. Please note your Order Number isNOT your tracking number. 


I ordered from outside the US, can I still track my order?

  • Once your package reaches customs, your USPS tracking number will become active. You can track your order before it reaches customs by entering your tracking numberhere
  • You can also use our "Track Your Order" option located on our store header. 

Do I have to pay shipping for "FREE" items?

  • Yes. For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping and handling cost, which is a flat rate of $4.95. The price of the item itself is $0.00.


      What forms of payment do you accept?

      • We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards!


      Will my card be charged when I order?

      • All customers are charged at the time of purchase as this is how our website platform functions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

      • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
      • All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at time of purchase.
